The Central Ontario Leadership Seminars is proud to return in person this year for our flagship three-day conference. We look forward to hosting students from all over Central Ontario at the University of Guelph from May 26-28, 2023.

To attend our seminar you must be in grade ten and:
- be nominated by your school (contact your guidance department); or
- be sponsored by an individual, service club, or business.
Each year our program changes to adapt to changing times and students. For a general idea about our conference, please review our program page.
If you are a teacher, principal, guidance counsellor, or in student success and your school has not received an invitation letter, please send us an email so you can be added to our list.
The nomination period will be open in mid-February until late March.
We rely on donations and gifts in kind to offset our costs. There are a number of options to sponsor a student or support COLS in other ways. If you are looking to donate a gift or other non-monetary item, please contact us.
